Joint execution of orders by contractors connected by a contract to a consortium operating under the name of the EXPATEAM Cooperative requires the establishment of responsibilities and legal relations between the participants. The regulations for the implementation of joint venture agreements in the construction industry regulate, among others, such issues as the role of the Cooperative as a consortium leader, the principles of joint and several liability of participants and the principles of keeping settlement documentation.
