A cooperative is an organization whose task is to conduct business in order to benefit members. Members of the Cooperative may participate in the implementation of contracts on the basis of joint venture agreements, use the intermediation of the Cooperative or be employed by it. The regulations of gainful activity lists possible forms of cooperation and sets out the rules on which they are based.
