SCOPE OF WORKS:
The project involves the comprehensive installation of technical systems in the newly constructed BMS (Buffer Media Station) facility for Rentschler Biopharma SE. High precision is required due to pharmaceutical standards (GMP and Non-GMP zones).
Key tasks and systems:
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (RLT): Installation of hygienic air handling units, supply/exhaust units, and recirculation systems. Includes rectangular and circular ductwork with full accessories and heat recovery systems (KVS).
Cooling Systems: Installation of water chillers, pumps, fittings, and cooling pipelines. Includes a cooling system for compressors in the adjacent Building 8.
Heating and Steam: Installation of heating water (PWW) and process steam (SD) and condensate (SD-K) systems, including heat exchangers.
Sanitary Installations: Installation of vacuum and gravity drainage, drinking water, and advanced soft water (Weichwasser) systems with pressure boosting sets.
Material and Assembly Requirements:
Pipelines: Work with stainless steel (e.g., 1.4401), carbon steel (P250GH), and copper.
Joining techniques: Proficiency in welding, flange connections, and press-fit systems.
Support systems: Installation based on professional rail systems (e.g., Sikla siFramo F80).
Project Specifics: The works will be carried out under strict cleanliness requirements. Subcontractors must be proficient in reading technical documentation (LV) and performing assembly without material supply (Montage ohne Material).
