Complete electrical installations, KNX automation, lighting, fire alarm and voice evacuation systems, backup power supply, low-current systems and EV charging infrastructure.
Project description:
A new fire station is planned on the Evonik site in Darmstadt near the central railway station. The facility will provide approximately 5,738 m² of gross floor area and reach a height of 18.35 m. The building will accommodate vehicle bays, a washing hall, emergency control center, training rooms, workshops, offices, welfare facilities and specialist firefighting training areas. Modern building technologies will include KNX building automation, backup power systems, energy-efficient HVAC installations, fire protection systems and advanced communication infrastructure.
