Project information:
The new TC+ / X.Plore facility is being developed for Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg. The approximately 13,500 m² building will serve as a technology center with pilot production areas, laboratories, offices and R&D facilities. The project includes two stacked production halls and a flexible office and laboratory section. Advanced infrastructure solutions, underground tunnel connections and a geothermal energy system with approximately 90-110 boreholes are planned.
