Scope of work:
The project includes the installation of the heating and cooling system at Justizzentrum Frankfurt/Main (Building C). The scope covers connection to the district heating network (1100 kW), installation of the heating station, distribution manifolds, 2000 l buffer tank, and pressure maintenance and degassing system. It includes circulation pumps with BACnet modules, control and shut-off valves, 3- and 6-way valves, heat meters, sensors, and automation. Extensive piping networks for heating, heating/cooling ceilings, precision air conditioning, and convectors, radiators, underfloor heating, pressure testing, commissioning, and hydraulic balancing.
