An important area of the EXPATEAM Cooperative‘s operations is services for agriculture and livestock farming, including primarily milking services at dairy farms. Livestock handling must be continuous, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Such a system of work is difficult to reconcile with restrictions such as working on Sundays, public holidays or at night, which result from employment as a full-time employee. For this reason, it has become popular to carry out this activity on the basis of service contracts, the contractors of which are persons working on the basis of economic activity. However, the execution of such an order requires the cooperation of at least several milkers who provide uninterrupted customer service in a coordinated manner. The rules of such cooperation are set out in the Rules of Procedure for Joint Venture Contracts (Services for Agriculture and Livestock).
