We would like to inform you that in order to ensure the long-term development prospects of our organisation, the EXPATEAM Group was formally established on 4 December 2025.
The Group consists of the EXPATEAM International Service Cooperative, established in 2006, and a new entity, EXPATEAM Limited Liability Company, established 20.03.2025. Achievements and history: EXPATEAM Limited Liability Company is the successor to the EXPATEAM International Service Cooperative and has the right to refer to all of its achievements and references to date.
Team and competences: The activities of EXPATEAM Spółka z o.o. are based on the same people (management board, executive staff) as before. Key competences are retained.
Shared resources: Both entities jointly use the existing company headquarters and have the right to intangible resources such as the brand, company name, business contacts and internal procedures.
Continuity of cooperation: The transfer of activities to the new entity does not affect the principles and parameters of our existing cooperation with our clients, contractors and partners. Both companies can operate in parallel.
We feel obliged to inform you transparently about the principles of our operation within the EXPATEAM Group. The change taking place at our company will be carried out while maintaining the existing quality.
